Refund policy


At Bésame Boutique Co., we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Free of stains, makeup, perfume, or damage
    • With original tags still attached

Store Credit Only

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit
  • Store credit:
    • Never expires
    • Can be used anytime online

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Bodysuits
  • Undergarments / intimates
  • Accessories

Return Process

  1. Email us at besameboutiqueco@hotmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions
  3. A prepaid return label will be provided.

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your item
  • Store credit will be sent via email

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
