Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $70 (before tax).

Orders under $70 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bésame Boutique Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Bésame Boutique Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information for assistance.
